Parents - Registration

Dear East Families:

We would like to welcome you to the 2018-2019 school year! Please read through this letter and mark your calendars with the following important days and updates.



In order to successfully fill out the forms, we must have your correct in-household guardian e-mail for you to receive the registration link and to log-in to the site. You will also need your student’s ID number and birthdate. This registration link will become active July 5th.

You are able to update your current email by logging into Parent Portal. If you need assistance you can contact East at 303-340-0660, staff will be available to help you after July 18th.

    • Link can be opened on a home/library computer, tablet, or smartphone.
    • Completion of this online portion will significantly reduce your amount of time during check-in day.
    • Computers will be available during check-in, but expect long lines for access.
    • Look for follow up information in your confirmation email after registration is complete.

If you haven’t completed your online paperwork, prior to Student Check-In we will have computers available for your use. However please be prepared for long wait times.


All students must attend Student Check-In with a parent or guardian. Check-In times and dates are:

    • 6th Grade - Tuesday, July 31st - 10am-2pm
    • 7th Grade - Thursday, August 2nd - 9am-12pm
    • 8th Grade - Thursday, August 2nd - 1:00pm-4pm


They will be here to help you fill out free and reduced lunch forms for next year. Each year a new Free and Reduced Meal application needs to be filled out by each family. You can get a head start before check-in by applying online at www.myschoolapps.com

East Offices will open July 18th at 8:30am for the 2018-19 school year.
